目的:探讨高速投射物致伤犬双后肢血液流变学的变化及其与红细胞形态学改变的关系。方法:采用5.56 m m 弹丸致伤犬双后肢,伤后各时相点采血,Low -shear30血液流变仪测量全血粘度,并分离红细胞做扫描电镜观察。结果:高速投射物伤各组低切变率全血表观粘度伤后即刻开始增高,6~12 h 达峰值,高切粘度未见明显变化。变形红细胞的出现率不结扎组伤后显著增加,6 h 达高峰;结扎组伤后各时相点无显著性差异。结论:提示高速投射物伤可致明显的血液流变学变化,红细胞形态的改变可能是伤后血液流变学变化的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of hemorrheology in double hind limbs of dogs with high-speed projectile and its relationship with morphological changes of erythrocytes. Methods: The hind limbs of dogs were injured by 5.56 m m projectile. The blood samples were taken at different time points after injury. The whole blood viscosity was measured by Low -shear30 hemorrheology instrument. The erythrocytes were separated and observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The apparent viscosity of low shear rate whole blood of high-speed projectile trauma group began to increase immediately after injury, and peaked at 6 ~ 12 h. There was no obvious change in high shear viscosity. The incidence of deformable erythrocytes was significantly increased after non-ligation group, reaching the peak at 6 h; there was no significant difference at each time point after ligation in the ligation group. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that high-speed projectile material injury can cause obvious hemorheological changes. The change of erythrocyte morphology may be one of the reasons of hemorheological changes after injury.
