Objective To investigate the expression of ER, PR, HER-2 and p53 in breast cancer and their correlation. Methods The expression of ER, PR, HER-2 and p53 in 368 breast cancer patients and their correlations were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive rates of ER and PR in patients with lymph node metastasis were lower than those in normal controls (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between ER and PR (r = 0.644, P <0.05) There was a low positive correlation between the expression of HER-2 and p53 (r = 0.197, P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of HER-2 and HER-2 and p53 (r = -0.312, r = -0.511, r = , r = -0.464, P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of ER, PR, HER-2 and p53 is of great significance in the prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
