目前采用侧扇形闸门曲轨卸载箕斗的最大载重为 17 5t。箕斗采用曲轨卸载 ,可明显降低休止时间 ,增加提升能力 10 %～ 30 %。对新井设计来说可降低选用等级 ,减少投资。对老矿来讲采用曲轨卸载可挖掘提升能力。侧扇型闸门可以解决在卸载时撒煤问题 ,结构简单事故少 ,并且使对井架的冲击也不大。 2 0t以上的大型箕斗采用曲轨卸载 ,从设计制造安装使用都是可行的。
