与其他前共产党国家一样 ,罗马尼亚的社会研究及数据信息长期以来一直处于欠缺状态。对高质量数据日益增长的需求是制定和实施有效的社会政策的前提。当前 ,国内和国际都在寻找解决这一问题的方法。本文总结了不久前罗马尼亚社会数据库的建立情况和它所面临的主要技术和法律方面的挑战。社会数据库受到了生活质量研究所 (罗马尼亚科学院所属的一个研究所 )和布加勒斯特大学社会学与社会工作系的支持。本文还介绍了各方协调的活动 ,指出其中的一些问题是东欧国家社会科学数据服务所遇到的共同问题 ,以及解决问题的合作前景。
Like other former communist countries, social research and data in Romania have long been in short supply. The growing demand for high-quality data is a prerequisite for developing and implementing effective social policies. At present, both domestic and international are looking for ways to solve this problem. This article summarizes the recent establishment of the Romanian social database and the major technical and legal challenges it faces. The social database is supported by the Institute of Quality of Life (a research institute owned by the Romanian Academy of Sciences) and the Department of Sociology and Social Work of the University of Bucharest. The article also introduces the coordinated activities of all parties and points out that some of these issues are the common problems encountered by the social sciences data services in Eastern European countries and the prospects for cooperation in solving the problems.
