“现场表态”既是整个领导决策过程中的一个环节,又是领导活动中最常见的一种决策方式。从某种意义上说,大凡领导都要表态。正确的表态,可以对客观事物的发展起到推动作用；而错误的表态则往往是失败的先导。管经济的,如果表态失误,可能会造成惊人的浪费或巨额的亏损,也可能导致生产停滞、企业破产；管政工的,表态失误,可能会伤害同志,败坏党的形象,引起思想混乱；管执法的,如果表态失误,可能会放纵坏人、冤屈好人。可见,领导者的表态关系到党、国家和人民的利益。身为领导者不可不珍惜自己的表态权,不可不讲究表态的艺术和科学。 “Position on the spot” is not only a link in the entire leadership decision-making process, but also the most common kind of decision-making in leadership activities. In a sense, all leaders should show their position. Correct position, can promote the development of objective things; and the wrong statement is often the failure of the pilot.
