山西霍县白龙矿井及选煤厂是中罗合作设计项目。1981年9月我国技术进出口总公司和罗马尼亚矿业地质公司正式签订了白龙煤矿和白龙选煤厂设计合同。按照合同规定,白龙矿井设计原煤生产能力为120万t/y,选煤厂原煤入洗能力为180万t/y(其中白龙煤矿120万/y,团柏煤矿60万t/y) 1983年5月经国家计委、煤炭部和有关单位审查,罗方根据审查意见修改了初步设计,同年9月提交我方。我院承担的设计配合部分亦已审定。
