检察机关作为司法机关,在践行司法为民的过程中离不开与广大人民群众的互动,而互动的有效进行离不开积极、双向的沟通,所以掌握一定的沟通技巧、竭力提高沟通能力就成了胜任工作的基本功。但现实中,新入职干警提高沟通能力的途径往往局限于同事的言传身教和自身领悟,这就造成了对于沟通技巧的学习存在零基础、耗时长、不系统等问题,特别是在面对信访群众、涉案未成年人等特殊群体时,新入职干警的这些问题就会严重影响到工作的正常开展。因此,如何提高新入职干警的沟通能力就成了当务之急。
