目的:描述广州市7家急救网络单位院前急救满意度现状,探讨满意度较低项目的原因。方法:采用描述性研究方法,于2015年11月份对广州市7家急救网络单位院前急救的80例患者进行问卷调查。结果:7家急救网络单位院前急救患者平均满意率为96.77%,各维度平均得分最高的是急救全过程和急救流程为100%,各维度平均得分较低的有院内外衔接(89.3%)、费用问题(90.6%)、急救车反应速度(90.6%)和护士态度(93.3%)。结论:广州市院前急救满意度总体较高,但存在部分项目满意度偏低,群众对院前急救能力的满意度可以进一步提高(深圳市2008年71家网络单位院前急救平均满意率为99%)。
Objective: To describe the status quo of pre-hospital first aid satisfaction of seven emergency network units in Guangzhou and to explore the reasons for the lower satisfaction level. METHODS: A descriptive study was conducted in November 2015 to conduct a questionnaire survey on 80 pre-hospital first aid patients in seven emergency network units in Guangzhou. Results: The average satisfaction rate of pre-hospital emergency patients was 96.77% in seven emergency network units. The highest average score in all dimensions was 100% in the first aid and first aid procedures, with an average of 89.3% in all dimensions. , Expense (90.6%), ambulance response rate (90.6%) and nurse attitude (93.3%). Conclusion: The pre-hospital emergency satisfaction in Guangzhou is generally high, but some of the projects have low satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the public with pre-hospital emergency services can be further improved (the average pre-hospital first-aid satisfaction rate of 71 network units in Shenzhen was 99%).
