建设学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程,是新时期顺应时代发展、推进事业发展、加强党的建设的迫切需要。作为担负28座变电站运行管理任务、拥有139名员工的晋城供电分公司变电工区党支部,员工的学习力直接影响到工区的安全生产和可持续发展,影响到党支部的创先争优工作。笔者现结合晋城供电分公司变电工区创建学习型党组织的实践过程,粗浅地谈谈对创建学习型党组织的几点体会。
