为探讨肺癌细胞及肺癌患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC) Th1/ Th2的免疫反应状态 ,为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供依据 ,以 IL - 2和 IFN- r代表 Th1型细胞因子 ,IL - 4、IL - 6和 IL - 10代表 Th2型细胞因子 ,用 RT- PCR方法检测了三种人肺癌 (鳞癌、腺癌、小细胞癌 )细胞株及 2 3例肺癌患者 PBMC中 Th1/ Th2型细胞因子 m- RNA的表达。结果显示 ,三种肺癌细胞的 Th1型因子 IFN- r和 IL- 2均无表达 ,而 Th2型因子 IL- 4、IL- 6、IL- 10均表达 ;肺癌患者PBMC中 IL- 4、IL- 6和 IL- 10表达阳性率均较正常对照组显著增高 ,P均 <0 .0 5。而 IL- 2无 1例表达 ,IFN- r仅 1例表达。证实肺癌细胞株及肺癌患者 PBMC均呈现 Th2型优势的免疫反应状态
To investigate the Th1/Th2 immune response status of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in lung cancer patients and lung cancer patients, and to provide basis for tumor immunotherapy, IL-2 and IFN-r represent the Th1 cytokines, IL-4, IL -6 and IL-10 represent Th2-type cytokines. Three types of human lung cancer (squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma) cell lines and 23 Th1/Th2 cytokines in PBMC of lung cancer patients were detected by RT-PCR. m-RNA expression. The results showed that the Th1 cytokines IFN-r and IL-2 were not expressed in all three lung cancer cells, while the Th2 cytokines IL-4, IL-6, and IL-10 were all expressed. The IL-4 and IL-2 in PBMC of lung cancer patients. The positive rates of 6 and IL-10 expression were significantly higher than those of the normal control group, P<0.05. However, there was no expression of IL-2 and only one case of IFN-r was expressed. It was confirmed that PBMCs in lung cancer cell lines and lung cancer patients all exhibit Th2-dominant immune response status.
