目的调查某镇鞋面加工厂接触正己烷作业工人的中毒情况。方法了解该镇家庭作坊式鞋面加工厂的基本情况,胶水使用的具体情况及生产工人接触胶水的方式和操作方法。用活性炭吸附法采样,气相色谱质谱联机分析法测定生产车间空气中正己烷水平。对直接和间接接触胶水的工人进行职业性健康检查。结果共监测鞋面加工厂接触正己烷的作业点112个,其中29个点正己烷浓度超标,超标率25.9%。体检接触含正己烷胶水的工人1738人,诊断为职业性慢性正己烷中毒者11人、观察对象9人。结论家庭作坊式生产是职业卫生监督的死角,是发生正己烷职业中毒的重要原因。
Aim To investigate the poisoning of n-hexane workers in a vamp factory. Methods to understand the town family workshop uppers processing plant basic situation, the specific circumstances of the use of glue and production workers access to glue methods and methods of operation. Conduct occupational health examinations for workers who have direct and indirect contact with glue. Results A total of 112 contact points of n-hexane from the upper processing factory were monitored. The concentration of n-hexane in 29 spots exceeded the standard, and the exceeding standard rate was 25.9%. 1738 people were interviewed with n-hexane glue, 11 were diagnosed as occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning, and 9 were observed. Conclusion Family workshop production is the dead end of occupational health supervision and is the important reason for the occupational poisoning of n-hexane.
