随着高速公路进入山区,隧道数量日益增多,连拱隧道开挖跨度明显增大,施工工序繁多,开挖和支护相互交错,围岩应力变化和衬砌荷载转换十分复杂。在地形地质条件复杂、存在偏压的情况下,连拱隧道洞口段施工所引起的变形、开裂等病害处理更为复杂。文章主要结合富溪偏压连拱隧道进口段仰坡变形所引起支护结构开裂等病害,揭示该隧道变形的原因,提出处理方法,总结经验,对类似条件下隧道的建设具有一定的指导价值。
As the expressway enters the mountainous area, the number of tunnels is increasing day by day. The excavation span of the double-arch tunnel obviously increases. There are many construction procedures, and the excavation and support are intertwined. The stress changes of the surrounding rock and the lining load conversion are very complicated. Under the conditions of complex topographic and geological conditions and bias, the treatment of deformation, cracking and other diseases caused by the construction of multi-arch tunnel openings is more complicated. In this paper, the causes of the deformation of the tunnel are revealed in combination with the cracking of the supporting structure caused by the deformation of the slope at the inlet of the Fuqin biased multi-arch tunnel. The reasons for the deformation of the tunnel are revealed. The treatment methods and experience are summarized, which have certain guiding value for the tunnel construction under similar conditions.
