结核杆菌的耐药性是结核杆菌对药物抵抗力增强的一种变异.随着耐药菌的增多,耐药菌的生物学特性引起了人们的广泛兴趣.因为它不仅涉及到结核杆菌在药物作用下是否能够在遗传上获得新的巩固特征和性质;特别是能否获得对药物作用的抵抗力,并改变自己的毒力和免疫性能,而且也涉及到临床合理用药及分枝杆菌生态学等问题.为此,国内、外学者对各种抗结核药物耐药菌进行了不少研究.近年来,国内广泛用利福定治疗肺结核,细菌对利福定产生耐药后,生物学特性有何改变,尚未见报道.现将我们观察的结果报道如下.
