为了探讨在冠心病及高血压性心脏病患者中心室晚电位能否反映左室舒张功能,我们用多普勒超声心动图测定19例晚电位阴性及15例晚电位阳性患者的左室功能。结果显示:两组患者收缩功能指标无明显差异,晚电位阴性组的舒张功能指标EDC、EV/AV、EA/TA和1/3A/TA明显大于晚电位阳性组,晚电位阴性组AA/TA小于晚电位阳性组。提示:在冠心病及高血压性心脏病患者
To investigate whether left ventricular end diastolic function can reflect left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertensive heart disease, we measured left ventricular function in 19 late-negative patients and 15 late-positive patients by Doppler echocardiography. The results showed that there was no significant difference in systolic function between the two groups.
