7——氨基去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7—ADCA),是半合成法生产头孢氧苄、头孢拉定等头孢菌素类抗生素重要的原料,基本上依赖进口。当前,国内由于进口渠道过多,原料来源复杂,产品质量参差不齐,国家又无统一的标准对进口7—ADCA进行质量控制。本文参考文献,采用HPLC法,以0.03％NaH_2PO_4水溶液为流动相,选择α—苯甘氨酸为内标,225nm为测定波长,在ODS柱上,分离并测定了7—ADCA的含量。经生产上长期应用,证明方法简便、快速、准确。
7 - amino deacetoxycephalosporanic acid (7-ADCA), is the semi-synthetic cefmenoxime, cefradine and other cephalosporins antibiotics important raw materials, basically dependent on imports. At present, due to excessive import channels, complicated sources of raw materials and uneven product quality, the country does not have a uniform standard for quality control of imported 7-ADCA. This article references, using HPLC method, 0.03% NaH2PO4 aqueous solution as the mobile phase, select the α-phenylglycine as an internal standard, 225nm for the determination of wavelength, in the ODS column separation and determination of 7-ADCA content. Long-term production by the application, that the method is simple, fast and accurate.
