目的探讨中药注射剂注射使用引起的过敏性休克致死者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在死因鉴定中的检测价值。方法用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测8例感染性病情经中药注射剂注射后发生过敏性休克死者、10例感染性病情未经中药注射剂注射治疗死者、10例机械性损伤致死者(非疾病致死者)的尸检心血标本血清TNF-α水平。结果中药注射剂注射引起过敏性休克致死者血清TNF-α检测水平(136.6±9.4)ng/ml,显著高于感染性疾病死亡者血清TNF-α检测水平(87.4±5.63)ng/ml及机械性损伤致死者血清TNF-α检测水平(15.16±4.52)ng/ml。结论死者血清TNF-α检测可用于中药注射剂注射致过敏性休克死亡者的死因鉴定参考。
Objective To investigate the value of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the cause of death in anaphylactic shock caused by the injection of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect 8 cases of anaphylactic shock after injection of traditional Chinese medicine injection, 10 cases of infectious disease were not treated by injection of traditional Chinese medicine injection, and 10 cases of death caused by mechanical injury (non-disease-to-disease). The autopsy blood sample of the patient’s serum TNF-α levels. Results The level of serum TNF-α in anaphylactic shock-induced injection of traditional Chinese medicine injection was (136.6±9.4) ng/ml, which was significantly higher than that of serum TNF-α (87.4±5.63) ng/ml and mechanical The serum level of TNF-α in the injured person was (15.16±4.52) ng/ml. Conclusion The detection of serum TNF-α in the deceased can be used as a reference for the identification of the cause of death in allergic shock-induced deaths caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections.
