本文对Al-Si-Cu-Mg活塞合金室温硬度HB、室温抗拉强度σ_b、高温( 300℃)短硬时度HB~(300)及高温抗拉强度σ_b~(300),之间相互关系进行了探讨。回归分析表明,HB与HB~(300), HB与σ_b之间存在高度显著性的线性关系。 HB~(300)与σ_b~(300)之间存在着显著性线性关系。但未发现HB与σ_b~(300)、σ_b与σ_b~(300)之间存在线性关系. 所用Al-Si-Cu-Mg试样的化学成份、变化范围符合国内ZL108合金成份。 生产上可以根据合金HB值,利用HB-σ_b经验公式和HB-HB~(300)经验公式计算出b及σHB~(300)。
In this paper, the relationship between room temperature HB, room temperature tensile strength σ_b, high temperature (300 ℃) short hardness HB 300 and high temperature tensile strength σ 300 300 of Al-Si-Cu-Mg piston alloy Discussed. Regression analysis showed that there was a highly significant linear relationship between HB and HB ~ (300), HB and σ_b. There is a significant linear relationship between HB ~ (300) and σ_b ~ (300). However, there is no linear relationship between HB and σ_b ~ (300), σ_b and σ_b ~ 300.The chemical composition of the Al-Si-Cu-Mg sample used is in accordance with the domestic ZL108 alloy composition. Production can be based on the alloy HB value, the use of HB-σ_b empirical formula and HB-HB ~ (300) empirical formula to calculate the b and σHB ~ (300).
