目前,高层建筑外架防护逐步采用分段悬挑式钢管脚手架,随着建筑体量的不断增加,施工工期日趋延长,增加了钢管脚手架上扣件露天存放时间,螺丝极易生锈,在拆卸过程中,螺纹也容易摔坏变形,传统清洗拆下后的建筑扣件是靠人工用力拧开螺丝,或是用切割机将螺杆切断,更换新的螺杆,这样做既费力又浪费材料,而且效率不高。
