目的 提出小梁切除的一种改良术式并进行疗效观察。方法 采用垂直于角膜缘的竖向条形小梁切除术，治疗不同类型青光眼的例（７２眼）。结果 经６～３０个月随访，手术成功率为９４．４％。术后不同时期平均眼压：出院时２．０１ｋＰａ；ｌ年时眼压２．３１ ｋＰａ；２年时眼压２．３５ ｋＰａ；３年时眼压２．３９ ｋＰａ。功能性滤过泡在 １年时为９４．４％；２年时为８６．０％；３ ３年时为５３．０％。本组滤过泡消失２８眼中，仅有２眼眼压失控。结论 本手术有结膜下和脉络膜下腔引流的双重作用，降压作用稳定，远期疗效好。
Objective To propose an improved surgical method of trabeculectomy and observe the curative effect. Methods Vertical strip trabeculectomy perpendicular to the limbus was used to treat various types of glaucoma (72 eyes). Results After 6 to 30 months of follow-up, the successful rate was 94.4%. The average intraocular pressure at different periods after surgery was 2.01 kPa at discharge, 2.31 kPa at 1 year, 2.35 kPa at 2 years and 2.39 kPa at 3 years. Functional bleb was 94.4% at 1 year, 86.0% at 2 years and 53.0% at 33 years. 28 eyes disappear in this group of filtration bleb, only 2 intraocular pressure loss control. Conclusion The operation of subconjunctival and subarachnoid drainage of the dual role of stable antihypertensive effect, long-term curative effect.
