目的观察山莨菪碱对离体兔心脏冠状动脉流量和室颤阀的影响。方法采用离体心脏灌流术。结果用山莨菪碱５ｍｇ／Ｌ灌流５ｍｉｎ后，冠状动脉流量从每分钟１９．０８±３．３３ｍｌ增加至２２．３３±３．６０ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１），室颤阀从０．９４±０．２４ｍＡ提高至２．３５±０．６７ｍＡ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论山复菪碱既能扩张冠状动脉血管，增加冠状动脉流量，又可直接作用于心肌细胞膜，提高室颤阈
Objective To observe the effect of anisodamine on coronary flow and ventricular fibrillation in isolated rabbit hearts. Methods Percutaneous heart perfusion was used. Results After perfusing anisodamine 5mg / L for 5 minutes, the coronary flow increased from 19.08 ± 3.33ml per minute to 22.33 ± 3.60ml (P <0.01) 0.24 mA to 2.35 ± 0.67 mA (P <0.01). Conclusions Anisodamine can not only dilate coronary vessels, increase coronary flow, but also act directly on the myocardial cell membrane to increase the threshold of ventricular fibrillation
