导游薪酬模式改革探究

导游薪酬结构不合理,是影响我国旅游服务质量的重要因素。梳理其中利益链条,导游收入结构水平受多种因素制约。因此,要解决导游薪酬问题,改革措施的推行有赖于旅游行政部门、旅游协会、旅行社、消费者的共同努力。具体而言,应加强整治旅行社及旅游购物市场监管、转变旅行社盈利模式;加快导游管理模式更新、推进导游分类管理及职业化;加快导游薪酬模式创新、积极调整导游薪酬结构水平。由此解决多年来制约旅行社行业健康发展之痼疾,打造导游有保障,企业有利益,游客能放心,政府有权威等多赢局面。 Tour pay structure is irrational, is an important factor affecting the quality of China’s tourism services. Combing the interests of which the chain, guide the level of income structure by a variety of factors. Therefore, to solve the issue of tour pay, the implementation of reform measures depends on the joint efforts of tourism administration, tourism associations, travel agencies and consumers. To be specific, supervision and control of travel agencies and tourism shopping markets should be stepped up and profit models of travel agencies should be changed. The management of tour guides should be updated to promote the classification and management of tour guides. The tour guide should accelerate the innovation of tour pay patterns and actively adjust the level of tour pay structure. Resolve over the years to restrict the healthy development of travel industry health problems, to create guided tour security, business interests, tourists can be assured, the government has the authority and other win-win situation.
