在基层广泛开展“个人自评、群众测评、领导讲评”的民主评议党员活动 ,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,始终把保持共产党员先进性作为根本问题抓住不放 ;必须将党内教育与群众参与有机结合起来 ,坚持群众的监督 ;必须评出党员的内在动力 ,调动广大党员的积极性 ;必须坚持经常 ,把定期评与经常性的教育管理结合起来
To carry out the activities of democratic appraisal of party members widely held at the grassroots level, we must take the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as guidance and always hold the advanced nature of party members as the fundamental issue. We must take Party education and mass participation organically combine to uphold the supervision of the masses; Party members must be assessed within the internal motivation to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of party members; must adhere to the regular, regular review and regular education and management combined
