Since 1990, the information industry has been gradually developed and the new economy continues to develop. The former represents the high efficiency and low cost of acquiring information while the latter continues to attract the pursuit of high-yielding capital. The interaction between the two led to the shift of the overall interest rate center of gravity The trend, thus triggering a big turmoil in the overall financial market. In the past thirty years or so, I think the United States has done three major things: the proposition and primary development of the third industrial revolution, the role of the financial system in its positioning and readmission, and the guidance of capital investment. These three things laid the foundation for the maturity of the third industrial revolution.
