晚期肾癌的免疫治疗日渐受到重视,其中白介素2+LAK 细胞治疗晚期肾癌已取得一定的疗效。TIL 以其较强的抗肿瘤活性而引人注目。本文对 LAK、TIL 细胞免疫治疗晚期肾癌在理论研究及临床应用方面取得的新进展作简要阐述。
Increasing attention has been paid to the immunotherapy of advanced renal cell carcinoma. Interleukin-2 + LAK cells have achieved some effects in the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma. TIL attracts attention with its strong anti-tumor activity. This article briefly describes the new progress made in the theoretical research and clinical application of LAK and TIL cell immunotherapy for advanced renal cell carcinoma.
