某患儿,男,4岁,1974年6月初诊。近两个月来,常于半夜熟睡后突然惊叫1～2分钟,然后不自觉地在床上爬来爬去,持续3～4分钟,再又安睡。每隔1～2天发作一次,幼儿园不便管理,送回家中。证见面色萎黄,瘦弱,食欲不佳,尿微黄,大便时干时结,舌淡红,少苔,脉细虚数。诊为血虚神魂不藏所致。治宜养血安神。方选甘麦大枣汤加安神定志之品,处方:浮小麦21克,大枣3枚,甘草4.5克,生龙齿12克,茯苓12克(朱砂拌),五味子2.1克。清水煎服,连服2剂,观察2周未见再发。再服12剂,以固疗效。按:本例脉细虚数,舌淡红,少苔,面色萎黄,尿黄等,均为血虚之候。肝藏血,心藏神,盖夜则阳入阴,血虚则阴不足涵蓄阳气,故神不藏而发为惊叫、夜游。甘麦大枣汤养血缓肝,加龙齿、朱砂茯苓以安神定
