自1976年Trager等首次报道恶性疟原虫红内期体外连续培养成功之后,我国高敏新等也相继报道培养成功。这一方法的建立为体外筛选抗疟药提供了可能性。近年来国内已采用这一模型测定了恶性疟原虫FC-Cl株对氯喹、青蒿素等药物的敏感性。但对其它常用抗疟药如乙氨嘧啶、奎宁、伯喹等的敏感性测定尚未见报道。我们参照管惟滨法进行了这一研究,现报告如下。材料和方法一、虫株 FCC-1株系1077年自海南岛一恶性疟
Since Trager et al. First reported in vitro continuous culture of Plasmodium falciparum in vitro in 1976, the success of this new high-sensitive strain was also reported in succession. The establishment of this method offers the possibility of screening anti-malaria drugs in vitro. In recent years, this model has been used to determine the susceptibility of Plasmodium falciparum FC-Cl strains to chloroquine, artemisinin and other drugs. However, the sensitivity of other common anti-malarial drugs such as pyrimethamine, quinine and primaquine has not been reported yet. We refer to pipe Weibin law conducted this study, are as follows.
