省委五届三次全会以来,总体上看,各市县和省直有关部门开展行政管理事项下放工作态势是比较好的,但是,个别地方、部门和单位认识上还有差距,工作的进展不平衡,特别是在培训、运行等工作上暴露出了一些不容忽视的问题,需要引起高度重视。针对下放行政管理事项工作存在的问题,结合开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动的要求,对行政管理事项下放工作提出如下几项建议:
