甲状腺癌由于其生物学特性,术前难以诊断,故误诊率较高。国内外报道术前确诊率在50%左右。我院近十年,共施行甲状腺癌手术45例,其中29例术前诊断为甲状腺良性肿瘤,术中未做冰冻切片检查,而术后病理报告为甲状腺癌,做了二次手术,误诊率达64.4%。现就其误诊原因,进行分析和总结。
