本文的目的是通过分析切除卵巢鼠的黄体激素(LH)和催乳素(PRL)脉冲式分泌特点以确定自发性高血压(SH)鼠的LH和PRL的分泌并观察了这些鼠对应激的分泌反应。 实验用年龄8周的雌性SH鼠、年龄相匹配的京都Wistar(WKY)血压正常对照组和普通Wis-tar鼠三组动物。在年龄13~15周时切除其卵巢。 虽已报告雄性SH鼠血清PRL基础水平比WKY鼠高,但本文结果证明通过全部PRL平均浓度判断,切除卵巢SH鼠与WKY鼠无差异。与Steger等人报告的结果一致。不过,三组动物相比较时,WKY和SH鼠不仅总的平均PRL浓度,而且脉冲式分泌幅度明显高于Wistar鼠。表明两类动物切除卵巢后缺乏卵巢激素时血PRL升高。作者观察到动情前期SH鼠血清PRL比WKY鼠明
The purpose of this article was to determine the secretion of LH and PRL in spontaneously hypertensive (SH) mice by analyzing the pulsatile secretion characteristics of luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (PRL) in ovariectomized mice and to observe the secretion of stress reaction. Female SH rats aged 8 weeks, age-matched Kyoto Wistar (WKY) normotensive controls, and normal Wis-tar rats were used. Their ovaries were excised at 13-15 weeks of age. Although it has been reported that basal levels of serum PRL in male SH rats are higher than those in WKY mice, our results demonstrate that there is no difference in ovariectomized SH rats and WKY mice as judged by the average PRL concentration.
