目的分析探讨沂南县艾滋病防治效果,为综合评价及改进艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集2004年至2013年间沂南县防治艾滋病的工作资料,包括组织管理、健康教育与宣传、疫情监测与控制、人文关怀等,比较2006年1月前与2006年2月至2013年1月沂南县艾滋病防治效果。结果加大了关于艾滋病的防治宣传力度,同时加强了疫情监测;普通人群和高危人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率、安全套使用率大幅度提高;艾滋病致死率有所下降、新增感染情况得到改善;进一步落实了各项救治救助措施;初步形成了以政府为主导、多部门协作、全社会共同参与的综合防治艾滋病的防治模式。结论目前,沂南县防治艾滋病已初见成效,但仍需加强机构建设,加大资金投入,进一步完善综合防治艾滋病的政策。
Objective To analyze the effect of AIDS prevention and control in Yinan County and provide a scientific basis for comprehensive evaluation and improvement of AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods The data collected from 2004 to 2013 on the prevention and treatment of AIDS in Yinan County were collected, including organization and management, health education and publicity, epidemic situation monitoring and control, and humanistic care. Before January 2006 and January 2006 to January 2013 Yinan County AIDS prevention and control effect. As a result, the prevention and control of AIDS were intensified and the epidemic situation was strengthened. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control and the rate of condom use in the general population and high-risk groups were significantly raised. The death rate of AIDS was reduced and the new infections were further improved. The implementation of the rescue and relief measures; initially formed a government-led, multi-sectoral collaboration, the whole society to participate in the comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS prevention and control mode. Conclusion At present, Yinan County has achieved initial success in AIDS prevention and control. However, it still needs to strengthen institutional building, increase capital investment and further improve its comprehensive AIDS prevention and control policy.
