近几年来,南京市公安局先后多次在看守所开展政治攻势,取得了非常显著的成效,同时也积累很多成功的经验。一、看守所已成为各种犯罪线索的重要集散地,是深挖犯罪的重要信息源。近几年来,面对刑事犯罪出现的新情况、新问题,南京市各级公安机关不断增强打击严重刑事犯罪的力度,全力维护社会治安。其中很重要的一着就是在看守所内开展政治攻势,开辟侦察破案的第二战场。即在一定时间内,集中力量,充分运用政策法律武器,强化对人犯的教育,敦促他们坦白交代余罪,检举揭发他人犯罪线索,以此深挖犯罪,扩大战果。南京全市集中开展政治攻势始于1992年秋。当时,由全局统一组织、部署,在各看守所内开展政治攻势,通过反复宣讲党的政策、谈话教育、动员社会力量规劝以及召开兑现宽严政策现场会等形式,造成强大的“坦白从宽,抗拒从严”声势,敦促在押人犯坦白交代余罪,检举揭发同伙或其他人的犯罪线索,收到较好的成效,达到了预期的目的。至1995年上半年,南京市公安机关先后7次在看守
