基于水热法的V2O5纳米颗粒制备及其电化学性能

V2O5是一种具有层状结构的金属氧化物电极材料,具有较高的理论比电容,通过不同方法可以制备出不同形貌的晶体V2O5微纳材料.为了进一步提升V2O5电极材料的电化学性能,以V2O5粉末为原料,使用水热法在碳布上制备出V2O5前躯体,经过300℃退火制备出平均直径为80 nm的V2O5纳米颗粒,研究了不同V2O5粉末添加量和退火温度对产物形貌的影响.对退火后的V2O5纳米颗粒碳布电极进行电化学性能测试,结果表明该电极具有良好的电化学活性和循环可逆性,电流密度为1 A/g时,比电容为678.6 F/g,具有较优异的倍率性能,较低的内阻,可作为超极电容器的电极材料.

用简单的一步水热法合成了CuO/ZnO复合纳米结构,通过改变溶液中Cu离子的浓度得到不同CuO含量的样品.用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等表征了样品的形貌和结构,用智能气敏分析仪测试了样品对乙醇气体的响应特性.结果表明,相对纯ZnO,CuO/ZnO复合纳米结构对乙醇气体的响应有明显的增强.溶液中Cu离子与Zn离子摩尔比为3:5时,合成样品的气敏性能最好,它在最佳工作温度200℃下对体积浓度为100×10-6的乙醇的灵敏度为55.3.这种气敏性能的显著增强可以归因于样品比表面积的提高和p-n结的形成.
建(构)筑物爆破拆除工程中,倒塌的钢筋混凝土结构以较高的速度冲击地面时将诱发地震波,对地震波的振动强度进行预测是分析拆除工程对周边环境影响程度并确定控制措施的前提.基于土体在强冲击作用下的塑性变形特征,碰撞过程的动量守恒理论和量纲分析法,构建了触地接触面较宽的塌落振动预测模型.通过工程案例对计算模型的有效性进行了验证.算例表明,该模型计算精度基本满足工程设计需要,且简便易用.
