根据外墙装饰水性漆的应用性能要求,开展了以钛白粉颜料和醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸共聚物乳液为基础的水性漆HFI合成研究,得到了如下的合成条件和各组分加入量:①水;②润湿剂壬酚基乙氧基化合物1.1g/kg;③防腐剂DOWICIL752.1g/kg;④抑泡剂NALCO23000.17g/kg;⑤颜料钛白粉142g/kg;⑥填料碳酸钙212.5g/kg;⑦成膜剂TEXANOL15.9g/kg,常温条件下按上述顺序和比例加入到高速分散体系中,快速搅拌25min,达到412H/C赫格曼细度后转入调速搅拌体系中,加入醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸共聚物乳液UCAR365及消泡剂BEV6910.8g/kg和增稠剂羟乙基纤维素6.7g/kg,用水来调节其粘度。检验油漆的各项性能指标合格后过滤即得到本产品。
