企业文化作为现代企业的管理形式,是管理科学与现代文化的融合与创新。如今,企业文化已经成为企业的核心竞争力,没有文化的企业就无法在全球的舞台上竞争。一个企业有没有企业文化,根本的决定因素是企业的自我认知,也就是企业对于其使命、优势、定位、愿景、环境等方面的清晰认识。企业文化不直接解决企业的生产、技术、市场、人才、资本等具体实际问题,而是要回答“我们要成为一个什么样的企业”和“怎样成为这样一个企业”的问题,回答“我们为什么要存在”和“我们靠什么存

Today, corporate culture has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, companies without culture can not compete on the global stage.
