采用一种新的制备乙苯的烷基化反应工艺条件,在气-液-固三相的反应状态下考察反应温度、压力、苯/乙烯摩尔比和苯质量空速对以改性β沸石为主要活性组分的FX-02催化剂性能的影响。在初步试验的基础上,应用均匀设计方法找出FX-02催化剂上苯与乙烯烷基化反应的最适宜工艺条件,在FX-02催化剂上,当反应温度为150~175℃,反应压力为0.8~1.2MPa,苯的质量空速为4h-1,苯与乙烯摩尔比为6~8时,苯与乙烯可顺利地进行烷基化反应,乙烯的转化率达到100%,乙苯的选择性超过95%。
