截至2010年末,青海省县域中小企业达1.54万户,利税总额达35.7亿元,中小企业创造的增加值为421亿元,占全省县域GDP的比重超过31%。中小企业就业人数高达120万人。中小企业作为青海省县域经济发展的主体力量,其发展程度对于推动青海高原区域经济发展具有重大意义。但是当前,青海省县域经济基础相对薄弱、发展较为缓慢,其差距主要集中在中小企业的发展水平上。
As of the end of 2010, there were 15,400 small and medium-sized enterprises in counties in Qinghai Province, with a total profit and tax of 3.57 billion yuan. The added value created by SMEs was 42.1 billion yuan, accounting for more than 31% of the county GDP. SMEs employ as many as 1.2 million people. As the main force of county economic development in Qinghai Province, the development level of SMEs is of great significance to promote the economic development in Qinghai Plateau. However, at present, the economic foundation of counties in Qinghai Province is relatively weak and the development is slow. The gap mainly concentrates on the development level of SMEs.
