由于系统发育和生态条件的限制,生产周期长(如味连从育苗移栽到商品收获需八周年),产量低,药源极缺,如何使黄连速生高产,保持优良种性,需要多途径进行。根据文献资料,2,4-D,萘乙酸都能促进植物生长,特别对生根有显著的促进作用。植物细胞的生长与分裂,植物的生长和发育,植物的休眠、萌芽、生根、开花、结果等都有植物激素参与作用。我们于1975年进行了田间试验,探讨了促进黄连种苗生根的类生长素和适宜的浓度。
