目的 :探讨新兵基础训练期间过劳性损伤中发生率最高的应力骨折发生的危险因素 ,为制定应力性骨折的预防措施提供科学依据。方法 :选择 1998年度陆、海、空三军同期入伍参训的新兵 376人 ,采用 1:1配比的病例对照研究。结果 :新兵应力性骨折发生率为 12 .4 5% ,占过劳性损伤的 71.5%。应力性骨折的危险因素为吸烟和入伍后跟不上行军速度 ,OR值分别为1.67和 1.70 ;保护因素为入伍前体育竞赛史、体育锻炼史和长跑史 ,OR值分别为 0 .4 3、0 .4 7和0 .56。结论 :应力骨折的发生与入伍前和开训后的因素均有关。提示 ,选兵时尽量挑选喜好运动、身体素质好的青年入伍 ;新兵基础训练期间应循序渐进 ,不要盲目加大训练量 ,以降低应力性骨折的发生率
OBJECTIVE: To explore the risk factors of occurrence of stress fracture with the highest incidence of overwork injuries during basic training, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of preventive measures of stress fracture. Methods: A total of 376 new recruits from the three armed forces of the armed forces of land, sea and air enlisted in 1998 were selected for the case-control study with 1: 1 ratio. Results: The incidence of stress fracture of recruits was 12.45%, accounting for 71.5% of the injury of labors. The risk factors of stress fracture were smoking and the speed of enlistment, the OR values were 1.67 and 1.70 respectively. The protective factors were pre-enlistment physical education history, physical exercise history and long-distance history. The OR values were 0.43 .4 7 and 0 .56. Conclusion: The occurrence of stress fracture is related to the factors before and after training. Tips, select soldiers as far as possible pick favorite sports, good physical fitness of young recruits; Recruits during basic training should be gradual, do not blindly increase the amount of training to reduce the incidence of stress fractures
