本文报导以CS-403型旋磁机,旋转磁场平均强度为1100G,以钐钴合金永磁块,半径5mm,高6mm,场强3000G;以低频脉冲磁场机(系我院物理学教研室研究制造),场强为2.4G,频率20~200HZ为三种不同磁场装置,进行对C_(57)BL纯系小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(MФ)吞噬白色念珠菌的吞噬功能观察,初步探讨以上三种磁场对抗感染作用的机理,为临床上常采用的磁场抗感染治疗提供实验依据。试验所用白色念珠菌系24小时培养物,浓度为4×10~6/ml,C~(57)BL纯系小鼠腹腔细胞悬液浓度为2×10~6/ml。以上浓度均用20%FCS1640培养基配制,等量混合,滴
