哺乳动物嗅觉上皮包括三类细胞,即支持细胞、嗅感受细胞及基底细胞,近来发现了第Ⅳ型细胞。本文对Ⅳ型细胞的免疫组化特性进行详细研究。实验材料取自4只豚鼠及一例患者的嗅上皮。样品经Bouin液固定,梯度乙醇脱水,石蜡包埋,切片,以家兔抗浦肯野特异35蛋白(S-35)、抗S-100蛋白(S-100)、抗神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)、抗嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)以及小鼠抗联合素抗血清(antisyna-ptophysin antiserum)作主要免疫染色剂,参照抗生物素蛋白-生物素过氧化物酶法进行免疫组化研究。结果S-35抗血清免疫反应见于豚鼠的Ⅳ型细胞,而人类嗅上皮Ⅳ型细胞与S-100抗血清有反应,并与S-35抗血清有弱反应。S-
The mammalian olfactory epithelium includes three types of cells, supporting cells, olfactory sensory cells, and basal cells. Recently, type IV cells have been found. In this paper, the characteristics of type IV cells were studied in detail. Experimental materials were taken from 4 guinea pigs and one patient’s olfactory epithelium. The samples were fixed with Bouin solution, dehydrated in gradient ethanol, embedded in paraffin and sectioned. The anti-S-100, S-100, (NSE), anti-chromogranin A (CgA), and antisyna-ptophysin antiserum as the primary immunostaining reagents, immunohistochemistry was performed in accordance with the avidin-biotin peroxidase method the study. Results The immune response of S-35 antiserum was found in type IV cells of guinea pigs. Human type IV epithelial cells reacted with S-100 antiserum and weakly reacted with S-35 antiserum. S-
