打开权威部门编著、并于2000年出版的鸿篇巨著《中国共产党组织史资料》(第一卷),看到第一章首篇(17页)在说明党的“一大”于“1921年7月下旬至8月初召开”的同时,页底加写了一段“据《中国共产党第一次代表大会》(俄文译稿),中国共产党第一次代表大会原计划于6月20日召开,因各地和日本小组的代表未能全部按时到达上海,大会推迟到7月23日举行”的注释。
