目前,从全国来看,房地产业在国民经济中的支柱地位已经确立,尤其是货币化分房后,土地出让金的征收和房地产开发对各地财政与经济发展都起到了积极的促进作用。但是,不容忽视的是,我国在政策导向与制度建设上还存在着一些缺陷。现就如何加强政策先导作用,实现我国房地产业的可持续发展提出以下两点政策建议:
At present, from a national point of view, the real estate industry has established its pillar status in the national economy.
