在选厂设计中,国外多采用功耗法计算和选择破碎机、磨矿机。我国以往普遍采用以单位时间新生成合格粒级的量来表示磨矿的难易度,近年来也逐渐推广功耗法。功耗法的关键是测定邦德功指数,即单位产品的净功耗。作者对六个磷矿石样品做了破碎功指数和球磨功指数的测定,目的是为处理这些矿石的选厂的破、磨工序设计提供有价值的数据,同时也是探索这一方法在磷矿设计方面的应用。
