甲、航務工作的决定一九五○年航務工作的任務,是繼續支援解放戰爭,解放全中国,並為恢復生產服務。除為了支援戰爭所急需的工作外,一般的是把原有的运輸工具,工廠設備及航道港口,有重點的加以整理恢復,組织各種大小船隻,提高運輸力。為此,特作以下决定: (一)今年的航務運輸主要任務:
