我公司有一台进口意大利西玛(SIMMA)塔机。原机规定升塔装置的塔身箍架必须安装在主角钢节点附近300mm以内。但往往箍架与建筑物附着杆预埋支座不在一水平线,为此原机规定须在楼板之间安装三根36~#工字钢钢柱以安装支座(如图1)。但如按这样的安装结构,不但要用大的型钢材料且安装费时不便。使用此种塔机的南京金陵饭店工程改用建筑物檐口的砼柱,但一般建筑物檐口不一定有可供予埋支座的砼大柱。我们分析
Our company has an imported Italian SIMMA tower crane. The tower frame of the lifting tower of the original machine must be installed within 300mm of the main steel joint. However, the bait frame and the building’s attached rod embedded support are not on the horizontal line.
