本文结合该厂在金工教学实践中多年来的改革和探索，提出了必须重视和加强高校实习工厂的基地建设。坚持以育人为本、理论与实践结合、教学与科研、生产相结合的“产、学、研”一体化的金工教学实习模式。建立规范化管理体制，转换运行机制，对管理体制、教学环节、教学内容及育人机制等进行一系列改革。从而寻求一种适应目前市场经济条件下的符合我国国情普通工科院校的教学实习模式。
In this paper, with the reform and exploration of the factory in metalworking teaching practice over the years, this paper puts forward the need to attach importance to and strengthen the base construction of the university internship factory. Adhere to the people-oriented, combining theory and practice, teaching and research, production of a combination of “production, study, research” integration of metalworking teaching practice mode. Establish a standardized management system, change the operating mechanism, and carry out a series of reforms on the management system, teaching links, teaching content and educational mechanism. So as to seek a kind of teaching practice mode that is suitable for the common engineering colleges and universities in our country under the conditions of the current market economy.
