表面活性剂 laureth-9(聚氧乙烯基-9-月桂醚,1%w/v)有促进鼻粘膜吸收的作用,同时可引起粘膜不同程度的破坏,如糜烂、细胞分离、粘膜增厚、失去粘膜表面的纤毛等,它可作为粘膜组织学变化的指示剂。本实验的目的是研究鼻中隔分成的两侧鼻腔能否一侧作为实验组织,另一侧充当对照组织。给3组雄性 Wistar 大鼠右鼻腔分别灌注含1% laureth-9的磷酸缓冲液100,50,20μl,于5,20,60min 后处死动物做组织学切片。鼠鼻腔从前向后可分成5个区,Ⅱ区位于上切牙根与切嵴之间,Ⅲ区位于切嵴与第2腭嵴之间。
