目的了解北京市昌平区大型屠宰加工企业职业暴露人群对人感染H7N9禽流感防控能力和信息需求,探讨防控措施。方法随机抽取1家大型禽类屠宰加工企业,以整群抽样的方式抽取从业人员,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果共调查316名职业暴露人员。97.78%的人关注H7N9禽流感疫情动态;83.54%的人员掌握目前已确诊的病例的感染途径;感染后的早期症状(发热、咳嗽、头痛)选择率分别为94.62%、83.54%及67.9%,不同学历间差别有统计学意义;基本防控措施——减少或避免接触禽类/病死禽、生熟分开食用禽类禽蛋煮熟、注意手卫生、出现发热咳嗽等症状要戴口罩的选择率分别为89.24%、81.65%、81.33%及71.2%,性别及学历间差异均有统计学意义。出现疫情后,52.53%的人员洗手较以前增多,43.67%选择不吃或少吃禽类及其制品,50%的人对疫情紧张,40.82%的人员不知道H7N9禽流感疫情能否在人与人之间传播。结论昌平区大型屠宰加工企业禽流感职业暴露人群对人感染H7N9禽流感相关知识有较高认知度,最需要了解有关H7N9禽流感的为最新疫情动态、传播途径、政府防控举措、个人预防措施,但部分人员在防控措施及能否在人间传播等方面存在一定误区,个人卫生行为有待进一步加强。
Objective To understand the occupational exposure of large-scale slaughter and processing enterprises in Changping District of Beijing on H7N9 avian influenza infection control and information needs and to explore prevention and control measures. Methods A large-scale slaughter and processing enterprise of poultry was randomly selected, and employees were sampled by cluster sampling method and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 316 occupational exposure workers were investigated. 97.78% were concerned about the outbreak of H7N9 bird flu; 83.54% were aware of the current confirmed pathogen infection; 94.62%, 83.54% and 67.9% of the early symptoms (fever, cough and headache) Differences between different academic levels were statistically significant; Basic prevention and control measures - to reduce or avoid contact with birds / dead birds, raw and cooked poultry eggs cooked, pay attention to hand hygiene, fever cough and other symptoms to wear mask selection rate Which was 89.24%, 81.65%, 81.33% and 71.2% respectively. Conclusion The large-scale slaughter and processing enterprises in Changping District have a high awareness of the human infection with H7N9 bird flu and the most need to know about the latest outbreak situation, transmission route, government prevention and control measures and personal prevention of H7N9 bird flu. However, some personnel have some misunderstandings in terms of prevention and control measures and whether they can be transmitted from person to person, and personal health behaviors need to be further strengthened.
