左房心律是起源于左房内的异位节律,目前倾向于将“左房心律”归于心房下部或交接处心律,近年来国内杂志偶有报道,现将我们遇到的一例左房心律报告如下: 男性、21岁,上腹部胀痛,恶心,纳差、消瘦一年入院。经胃肠钡餐及胃镜检查诊断为十二指肠球部溃疡,慢性表浅性萎缩性胃炎。既往无心悸心短、心前区不适,无风湿病、心脏病、高血压病史。
