我局有一批135柴油机加大1.00毫米活塞,因没有加大1.00毫米活塞环不能配套使用,长期积压。为了利用这批活塞,我们在车床上车制了两个卡具,解决了活塞装卡变形、找正困难的问题,保证了活塞的同心度,顺利地将这批活塞按技术要求改制成标准活塞,经装配使用,效果很好。另外,在修理柴油机时,如气缸套是标准的,在没有标准活塞的情况下,也可利用这一卡具,将加大级尺寸的活塞改制成标准活塞。在不允许活塞和气缸套尺寸分组采用的条件下(往往是购进什么尺寸组的活塞、气缸套就用什么尺寸组),以4125A型柴油机为例,I组的活塞遇上Ⅳ组的气缸套,活塞与缸套配合间隙偏大,可用加大级尺寸活塞,利用这一卡具车制活塞,以选择最佳配合间隙。
